Mr. Thomas Fulton is the manager of the Lava Springs Country Club and is in the employment of Sharpay and Ryan Evans's parents. While he may seem like the villain of the movie, it is because he follows Sharpay's orders, and at one point explains that he needs to do things he doesn't want to do for the sake of his paycheck.

He is middle-aged man who wears glasses. He is the manager at Lava Springs Country Club.
Physical Appearance[]
He is an older gentleman who wears a checkerboard grey suit and a powder blue tie. He also has a light blue shirt and checkerboard grey pants with black shoes.
High School Musical 2[]
Mr. Fulton is first seen when Sharpay and Ryan Evans arrive at Lava Springs Country Club to spend their summer break there. Mr. Fulton informs them of the upcoming Summer Talent Show, and also informs Sharpay that he has hired Troy Bolton as an employee of the club. However, Sharpay later finds to her horror that Troy talked to Mr. Fulton about hiring all his friends, including Gabriella Montez thus destroying her chances of winning Troy's heart.
Fulton later shows Troy and his friends their work in the kitchen and also informs Troy and Gabriella whenever the unintentionally break the club rules.
Later in the movie, Sharpay gets jealous when Ryan begins spending time with everyone and teaching them how to dance in order to perform a routine at the Talent Show. Angry at this, Sharpay talks to Mr. Fulton and orders him to have all employees working on the show night, breaking an annual tradition, as Fulton describes it, to have all employees involved in the show. Reluctantly, Mr. Fulton obliges and distributes the leaflets to Taylor who informs the crestfallen employees about Fulton's orders.
Fulton is last seen as the host of the Midsummer's Night Talent Show. He tries to award the Star Dazzle Award to Sharpay, but Sharpay having had a change of heart and knowing how much her brother has worked on everyone, decides to award it to Ryan instead.

- Mr. Fulton is similar to "Dr. McPhee" from Night at the Museum. Both characters hire main characters for a job and warn them that if they get three strikes that they'll get fired and lose their jobs.
